This policy explains what personal data Fleetline processes, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares.
• Workspace data: team members, social account handles, scheduled tasks, uploaded media and the performance metrics we collect for them.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store only a customer reference and your plan status.
• Usage data: security logs and an audit trail of actions in your workspace.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the website is used; nothing is sent to Google until you accept. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the Service, bill for it, send transactional email (sign-in codes, alerts, invitations) and improve the product.

Processors

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments and analytics. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

You can export your data and delete your account from the dashboard at any time. Deleting an account removes its workspace data, media and workflow configuration; billing records are kept as required by law.
